Disclaimer- NO ACCESSORY is indestructible, please always check your dog’s accessories for wear and tear. It is the customer/pet owners responsibility to determine the suitability of the product insuring the product fits correctly and does not cause the dog any discomfort. Matilda & Co do not accept any responsibility for ill-fitting accessories. All dogs and dog breeds are different so it’s important to correctly measure your dog before purchasing. Dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to check on the condition to make sure it is safe for their dog to wear. If any product is showing signs of wear or tear it should not be used on the dog as intended. 

 

Matilda & Co accessories are suitable for most dogs and for every day use, however if the dog has behavioural issues or are excessive pullers our accessories will have a reduced life span. We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog. 

 

It is the customer/owners responsibility to check the accessory is suitable for the dog’s weight.  Do not buy our products if you have an Extra Large or strong breed and this breed is too heavy for our accessories, where speciality Large/XL breed accessories would be more suitable. Our accessories are intended for XS, Small, medium and large breeds that are a slight build but not for very muscular large breads. 

 

We recommend hand washing all our accessories, but never over 30 degrees.
